Sage Flett Kruger is a member of the Penticton Indian Band. She is Okanagan and Secwepemc on her father’s side and Swampy Cree and Métis on her mother’s side, and has been raised in both cultures from families with strong traditions. She is currently a mentee at IndigiNews and also works in her territory as the Indigenous Engagement Manager for Trails BC.
